Roof inspection Austin / Roof leak repair

Send the address and we book a roof walk, not a quote from the curb.

Two ways in. If water is coming through the ceiling right now, call 512-4586-800 and skip the form. If you are planning a replacement or want a roof inspection in Austin after hail, fill in the form below and the office comes back to you with a time.

Emergency roof repair: what to do before the crew arrives

Phone, don't type. A form sits in an inbox; a call reaches whoever is scheduling crews. Give us the property address, where the water is showing and roughly how fast. We send a crew with tarps and battens to stop the water first, and the permanent repair is scoped in writing once the roof is dry.

Temporary work is billed as call-out plus materials. Nobody will ask you to sign for a full replacement that night.

Five things worth doing while you wait

  1. Turn off power to any light fitting or ceiling fan with water around it, at the breaker if you can reach it safely.
  2. Put a bucket under the drip and poke a small hole at the lowest point of a bulging ceiling so it drains rather than collapses. Stand to the side.
  3. Move furniture, rugs and electronics out of the wet room.
  4. Photograph the ceiling, the floor and anything damaged, with the time on the phone. Your insurer will want these, and so will we.
  5. Stay off the roof. Wet shingles at night are how people get hurt. Getting up there is our job.

Book a roof inspection or ask for a written estimate

The more you tell us, the fewer questions on the call back. Roof age if you know it, what material is on it now, whether you have had hail or a limb down, and where any water shows inside. A photo of the ceiling stain is welcome by email afterwards.

Every estimate that follows a roof walk is itemised by layer: tear-off, decking per sheet, underlayment, shingle or panel, flashing, vents, haul-off. You see each line before anything is signed. Read how each service is priced on the services page, or how the crew runs a job on the about page.

The yard is where trucks load. Inspections happen at your property, so there is no need to come by.

Material, rough age, storeys. Skip it if you don't know.

No price is binding until a written estimate is signed after a roof walk.

C-04 / After you send

What happens after you press send

No sales sequence and no drip emails. One person, one call, then a roof walk.

  1. The office reads it

Your inquiry lands in the office inbox. Anything marked emergency is pulled out and phoned first. If it is a leak and you have not already called, call anyway.

  2. A call back with a time

We ring the number you gave, ask the two or three things the form could not, and offer an inspection slot. For hail damage roof repair in Austin after a big storm, slots fill fast; we tell you honestly how far out we are.

  3. The roof walk

A crew lead walks the roof, goes into the attic if there is access, checks intake and exhaust ventilation, and photographs what matters. Expect 45 minutes to an hour and a half depending on size and pitch.

  4. A written, itemised estimate

Layer by layer, with the decking allowance per sheet and the flashing as its own line. Photos attached. You take whatever time you need; we do not chase with discount deadlines.

C-05 / Before you call

Three things people ask on the first call

Will you tell me if I only need a repair?

Yes. A split pipe boot or a run of lifted shingles is a repair, and that is what the estimate will say. Replacement gets recommended when the deck is soft across several areas, the shingles have lost most of their granules, or hail has bruised enough of the field that patching is just buying time.

Can you deal with my insurance company?

We give you a written, photographed report of the damage, and we can meet an adjuster on the roof. What the carrier pays is their decision under your policy. We do not promise an outcome.

Is the inspection itself charged?

A storm and hail inspection with a written report is booked as its own visit, and the office tells you on the call back what it covers before you agree a time. Nothing is charged that was not stated first.
